Breathwalk with a Sound Journey & Lunch

Dayal Yoga organizes a Breathwalk on Sunday, the 4th of June 2023 . This time we have a program including a Sound Journey with Roel van Es. Roel will guide you through a sound meditation with different instruments and his voice. Roel says 'als je het resultaat in het midden laat, dan kan de magie ontstaan.'

We gather at the woods to connect with Mother Earth & the Sun ! If this resonates, book your ticket right away cause spots are limited.

Meeting time : between 9:45-10:00. At 10:00 we tune-in and do a warning up before starting the mindful walk with breath cycle & mantra.

Program :
10:00 - 10:10 - Yoga warming up
10:10 - 11:05 - Breathwalk
11:05 - 11:15 - Walk to join the studio
11:25 - 11.55 - Sound Journey
11:55 - 12:45 - Lunch

Address: at the corner of Vredeoord & Doctor Poletlaan in Eindhoven.
Closing: we finish the walk with a sound meditation followed by a lunch at the studio, at Douglashout, 5 min walking distance from the Grote Beek.
Parking spots : at Philips De Jonghpark or at 2e Lieven de Keylaan. Both are about 5 minutes walking distance from the meeting point.
