The Microdosing, Nidra & Sound Healing Ceremony

Over dit evenement

The Microdosing, Yin Nidra and Sound healing Ceremony:
A ritual of stillness and renewal.

📆Friday, December 12th | 18:30
📍Bluebirds Oost, Amsterdam

As winter invites us to turn inward, we gather in stillness to listen, soften and reconnect with the quiet wisdom within. Join Sabrina and Annalisa, yoga teachers and holistic practitioners, for an evening of deep restoration and reflection.

This immersive experience is designed to help you:
✨slow down and release tension
✨nurture clarity and inner calm
✨align with the natural rhythm of the season

Through mindful movement, soothing vibrations and nourishing rest, we’ll create a cocoon of peace where you can simply be present, grounded and open.

In this ceremony we will be using microdosing as a tool to invite subtle awareness and clarity into areas of life where old emotions or experiences may still holding us back from living fully. The microdosing is optional.

🕯️A ritual of stillness and renewal.
Spaces are limited — reserve your mat and join us in this moment of quiet transformation.

Participants will also receive a special discount for an Ayurvedic Massage with Microdosing or an Acupuncture Treatment, which can be booked separately after the ceremony to further support integration.
