Movement Medicine is not about teaching routines. It's about holding space for your body to speak your truth.
Movement Medicine is an embodied, conscious dance practice rooted in ancient traditions and contemporary expressions of ecstatic dance, shamanic journeying, and somatic awareness. With DJ Priya / Hagit Ottens-Wilk, you’ll be gently guided into a space of freedom, depth, and connection.
🌀 Come as you are — no experience needed.
🪘 We begin with a drum ceremony and close with a short meditation and tea.
💃🏽 Dance your medicine. Find your rhythm. Awaken your truth.
This is a space to:

In our fast-paced world of screens and schedules, Movement Medicine invites us to shift from our heads into our hearts, from thinking into being.
Through dance, we:

• Strengthen our connection with ourselves, others, and the Earth
• Heal, transform, and awaken the intelligence of the body
This is not a class with steps to follow.
This is a journey where everything you are is welcome — your stillness, your wildness, your joy, and your pain.

No experience needed. Open to all abilities and backgrounds.
