On the 15th of July we will gather for a creative & inspiring morning of creating herbal smudge sticks together. The topic of this Women's circle is creating sacred spaces and we will be sharing our experiences and stories related to this topic. With some tea and some healthy snacks Melisa will share about the medicinal and energetic properties of the herbs we will use, and then proceed to guide us through the process of making our own natural smudge sticks. No previous experience needed and all women are welcome!
