Come flow with us this Sunday morning as DJ Jethro takes us on a musical journey.
DJ Jethro started breakdancing in 1998 and that kickstarted his dance career. He performed and taught all over the world. In 2015 he came across Ecstatic Dance and then everything fell into place! He found his love for meditation, somatic work and dance in one place.
First Jethro became the ceremony leader of various Ecstatic Dances, only later he decided to also provide the entire trips as a DJ.
Jethro has now been performing for 5 years throughout Europe and beyond. It is a real passion for him to take people on a very varied dance journey. You can really expect anything, but especially that it will seemingly go in waves.
From deep inside to new, unknown heights, via firm grounding and cheerful softness, Jethro feels the group well as a dancer and 'reads' what is needed and where the journey wants to go.
An invitation to dance, move, enjoy yourself this Sunday morning! We love to see so many returning as well as new faces each time.
PRACTICALITIES:
10:30 Doors open, change, relax and get to know the space.
11:00 Start opening session with embodiment exercises - please be on time!

- Chill out with nourishing snacks. Optional soup and sourdough lunch (buy an additional ticket + bring your own bowl + cutlery!)
14:30 Time to go home and we tidy up the space for closing
- During the dance there will be water and tea provided (please bring your own bottle!)
- Wear comfortable clothes to move freely in
- We encourage you to join from the whole experience, please aim to be on time
- Space holders are present if there is anything you need
- Bring earplugs if you feel you are (more) sensitive to sound, it can get loud
- Our events are for human beings from the age of 18
- No refunds or rescheduling possible

WHAT MAKES THE DANCE 'ECSTATIC'?
An invitation to check in with yourself, to dance, move, enjoy yourself this Sunday morning!
Flow freely by expressing yourself through movement in a pure (without substances) and transforming way with respect to the people around you. The dance space is a phone-free and non-speaking area where we dance without shoes.
