Cozy house setting with the warmth of Cacao and intimate Soundjourney! 🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏽‍♂️

We welcome you into the home of Godert and Cristina, who open up their space for gatherings and ceremonies. The energy feels really welcoming, and with that we invite you for a wonderful journey inwards. With the autumn marking it's start, it is a beautiful time to take a moment for you.

We start with a loving, grounding and magnificent cup of ceremonial Cacao.
We turn inward and open ourselves to connect and open our hearts.
Following the guided session, during which we sink deeper into our bodies, we then dive into the Sound Journey. Let yourself be carried by the healing vibrations of drums, flutes, shakers, the enchanting Ngoni, and natural soundscapes of the jungle and animals.

During this journey, you are free to embark on your own inner exploration — giving space for whatever may arise, to release on a deeper cellular level, and to remember who you are.
To fully relax, experience euphoria, connection, inner knowing, and peace — embracing your true self.

After the Soundjourney, we wake our bodies up and go into movement connected with the 4 elements. We move the energy and after the last element, we go into free movement, still accompanied by the live sounds to have an immersive experience. Then we collect our energy again, we close the circle and open up the space to unwind, share a meal, make music together, and connect through conversation.

The facilitators:

José Francisco Del Olmo Díaz “Tako”, born in Mexico City, raised in Cuernavaca, Morelos, and in the Mayan region.
Sun Dancer, lover and practitioner of ancient culture and of Nature. He creates different experiences - like Sweatlodge, Cacao, and Sound ceremonies - where people can remember the essence we are made of. Tako is also a musician creating his own powerful yet light songs, and plays wonderful instruments such as the Ngoni. Also his voice is his instrument, and together with other instruments that will awaken some anchestral knowledge, he will weave a wonderful Soundjourney for you. With:

Cristian Hernandez Omar Chable - Oc Balam is a professional dancer, guide and facilitator with a profound connection to his ancestral roots. Originally from Tabasco, Mexico, Cristian has been a dedicated traditional dancer for over 15 years, sharing the cultural and spiritual practices of his Heritage.
He translates deep life philosophies into movement and music, offering a visual narrative of his culture, beliefs, and connection to the world. Cristian is also a practitioner of the Temazcal where he guides others through powerful healing and purification ceremonies. A sacred tool for transformation and connection - which is also heard in his music. With his diverse instruments, such as flutes, drums, shakers, and other Mexican instruments that will remind you of the jungle animals, he weaves his grounded magic.

Raïfa Bazzi is a professional dancer, teacher, and facilitator in Movement and Soundjourneys. She warm heartedly invites the depths of feelings and emotions, seeing vulnerability as a strength to attain information. She translates this in voice and movement, showing all the colours of being human, while being deeply connected with the Divine energy of the cosmos. It moves through her, and in this way, she can ground the wisdom that is around and inside of her. Knowing that this is available for everyone, she encourages people to explore this depth in themselves. Whether in movement or silence, she loves to create a safe space for people to melt in. In the Soundjourney she will add her Sjamanic drum, voice, and shakers to give some female energy in the space.
