Rituals of Matteo Tangi (playfight.org)
Learn with and from each other by playing, like little lions do, to use your strength and power tuned in on yourself and the other person, with lots of love. Natural way of connecting.
Part of the Playfighting is expressing your needs and desires and give your appreciation to your Playfight partner; and share about what you felt watching other Playfights.
Practicalities:
- 18.30: introduction of the rituals, 19:15: doors open for people that Playfighted before, 19:30: actual start of the workshop (so if you joined a Playfight in the lineage of Matteo before you can come at this time)
- wear clothes in which you can move freely
- for all ages (adults)
- no special physical condition is needed (endurance and power). Take into account that you will sit on your knees quite a lot.
- after the playfight there is time to chill, drink a cup of thea, i'll bring some fruit & choc...
