Sound Bath

Join us for a soothing sound journey where you can unwind, let go of the day, and relax to calming clarinet tunes.
I will be playing the clarinet myself, accompanied by Ruben on the bass clarinet and Guno on the double bass and synthesizer, creating deep, rich, and immersive vibrations.
(And who knows — there might be a few surprise guest musicians joining us on handpan😉)

We’ll begin the evening with a short guided meditation to help you arrive and ground yourself. Then, we’ll take you on an improvised musical journey — melodies created in the moment, flowing from the heart, supporting you in relaxing, releasing, and reconnecting.

Evening Schedule:
🕗 20:00 – Doors open
🧘‍♀️ 20:15 – Guided landing meditation
🎶 20:20–21:45 – Sound Bath
☕ Until 22:00 – Chill-out with tea and snacks

What to bring:
- Warm clothes and cozy socks
- A blanket and a pillow
- A (yoga) mat – if you prefer not to lie directly on my beautiful carpet

This event is donation-based and limited to 10 spots.
