As the year gently comes to a close, we gather in gratitude, reflection, and connection.

You are warmly invited to join us for a sacred Cacao Ceremony, a space to honour all that this year has brought, and to lovingly release what no longer serves.

Cacao is an incredible plant elder that helps us grow our connection to the two forces that spin the entire universe. Sometimes cacao may call us into silence and stillness, at other times dance and song, and sometimes both! Every ritual is unique.

Yin yoga, sound healing and somatic movement will support our journey.

Cacao is not a drug, it is a very pure raw chocolate. Since it is so strong you can not use it when: being pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have a mental or bipolar disorder, if you use antidepressants, if you have heartproblems or high bloodpressure.
