Our signature ceremony is coming back to Amsterdam in Autumn.
You are invited for a Micro-dose (Truffle) Tea Ceremony and Handpan Sound Journey, on Saturday, October 4 from 11:30-14:00 CET. The event (in English) will happen in the cozy and private space of the iconic smart shop Kokopelli, at the beautiful heart of Amsterdam overlooking the canal water. We will collectively step into the restorative autumn with embodied insights and integration support.
Tea Ceremony + Microdose + Sound Journey = a synergetic combination that deepens the experience in a powerful way. We will start from a mindful Tea Ceremony to take the medicine (1-2 gram of truffle) as an ancient ritual to gradually open up the sacred space and connect within yourselves, followed by a gentle and relaxing lay-down sound journey, with handpan and various live instruments to dive in deeper into the body and effect of this powerful healing medicine.
We begin with the ancient Tea Ceremony (Cha Tao 茶道, “The Way of Nature through Tea”), a devotional art practiced for thousands of years rooted from China, in harmony with Nature. Leila, will serve each of you seasonal premium teas and guide you through a tea meditation that cultivates presence, fluidity, and harmony. Each sip becomes a prayer — that awakens our senses, opens our hearts, and connects us deeper to one another.
Handpan and other instrumental tunes by musician/DJ Leela will create a peaceful yet grounding atmosphere throughout and after the ceremony, taking you on a deeper, meditative sound journey. For especially those who seek to slow down your busy life and to be more present in the moments, this ceremony will be a mindful way to set a relaxing and yet reflective tune.
The intention of the event is not to guide you in a deep psychedelic trip but rather to micro-dose and enter the doorway together. We will guide you through a mindful micro-dosing process in a safe and connected container to get a taste of how plant medicine feels like and to deep dive into the journey, together. More advice and tips will be shared for more mid/long-term micro-dosing journeys (e.g. a 6-week journey), or a private full-dose truffle journey. Aftercare and integration to daily life will be shared as well in a supportive community group environment.

☼ Closing time: 14:00 (feel free to stay around a bit after)

✓ Water bottle (water and tea available)
✓ Optionally some fruits/nuts to eat and share afterwards. We advise a light breakfast at least 1 hour before so the micro-dose can unfold more unaffected and pure in your body.

Your Facilitators:
∵ Leila is an Artist of Life following her passion and the vision of (collective) awakening. Based in Amsterdam with a deep root from East/China, her vision is to help people share their own aliveness and gifts in harmony with the ancient wisdom of Tao, the Way of Nature.
As an event and ceremony facilitator, and a space holder in the conscious and sacred spaces, during the last five years, you can find her guiding over hundreds of (full and micro-dosing) medicine ceremonies, rituals, tantric bodywork sessions. She is also supporting the integration process into daily life through embodied arts, guiding people on their life journeys towards a more present way of living and and more wholeness of being.
