Mooie vrouw,

Voel je ook het verlangen dichterbij jezelf te leven? Je cyclus te omarmen?
De Super Oogstmaan nodigt ons uit om in volheid te komen. Uitvergroot, spreekt zijn aspecten in ons aan die naar het oppervlak mogen rijzen. Wat in de weg staat, mag gezien en losgelaten worden.

Wees welkom in de vrouwencirkel, precies zoals jij bent. Laten we samenkomen en het vrouw-zijn vieren en eren, samen zitten om onze harten te openen voor elkaar en jezelf.
Voel je welkom woorden te delen (of witness te zijn) terwijl de vrouwen om je heen met liefdevolle aandacht luisteren. Voel je veilig uitbundig te lachen, te huilen, vastgehouden te worden, los te laten, te dansen, te zingen of juist in stilte te zitten. Zodat onze onderlinge band mag versterken, harten mogen uitlijnen, gevoelens tot uiting mogen komen en vriendschappen groeien en bloeien.

Het programma varieert elke maand, van verstilde meditatie tot vrije dansexpressie, baarmoederheling, ademen, massage of thee/ cacaoceremonie. Voel je vrij om iets in te brengen, jouw unieke talenten, verlangens en dromen zijn welkom. Iets lekkers om te delen mag ook.

Ik vraag een kleine compensatie voor deelname, zodat we allemaal iets bijdragen aan de ruimte, de community, eventuele materiaalkosten of plantmedicijnen (thee, cacao, o.i.d.). Als je het momenteel niet kunt missen, ben je evengoed welkom. Meld je vooraf even bij mij aan.

Be welcome in all your colours to bring your uniqueness to the circle.
Let’s come together and rejoice in (and honour) womanhood, sit together to open our hearts and (re)connect to the woman within and the women around. You are welcome to share some words (or witness) while the women around hold your space and listen with unconditional attention. Feel safe to laugh, cry, be held, let go, dance, sing or sit in stillness.
May our bonds strengthen, our hearts align, feelings express and friendships grow and flourish.

The program varies every month. From silent meditation to uncovering the Wild Woman in dance expression or vocal freedom, womb healing, breath, massage, tea/ cacaoceremonie.
Feel absolutely free to step into your personal leadership and bring in your unique talents, ideas, desires and dreams.
