Over dit evenement
🕯️ 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽
The climate crisis often feels overwhelming and paralyzing. In this workshop, you'll translate those feelings into something tangible: a personal clay altar. Together, we'll create a space for care, loss, and hope, and discover the power of ritual and design in times of change.
📍 For anyone who wants to reflect creatively, connect with others, and give meaning to the future of our planet.
🕯️ 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻?
Together, we'll make small clay altars: objects that provide a physical space for your emotions around climate change. In an intimate setting, we'll engage in conversation, work with reflective exercises, and share moments of silence and connection. The process is as important as the result: making together, feeling together, giving meaning together.
🌿 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗶𝘁 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂?
I use design as a tool to translate complex themes like the climate crisis into accessible and sensory experiences. This workshop explores how rituals and art can help us not only understand, but also feel and act in times of disruption. Creating an altar offers a space for connection; with yourself, with others, and with the larger whole of which we are a part. Your personal altar will be glazed, fired and available for pick-up a few weeks later. (If you live further away, shipping can be discussed).

This workshop is suitable for everyone: designers, professionals, and engaged citizens seeking creative, personal reflection and wanting to connect with feelings, like-minded people, and the future of our planet.
