Women's Healing Retreat - Sacred Rage

This Autumn Equinox we are gathering to express, process and embrace our sacred rage.
We are fed up. We are tired. We need each other. In a space reserved for women to gather in circle.

We don't just feel angry now. We have been carrying rage in our bodies for years, decades, and centuries down our feminine ancestral lines. Unprocessed rage passed down through our mothers and grandmothers and so on.

We are enraged with what's happening in the world. We feel rage from living in a world that silences, suppresses, and punishes our voices.

Unexpressed rage turned inward has many disadvantages to our physical and mental health. Many of us women have internalized shame about our bodies, about our being, turning into depression, anxiety, and disconnection.

Facilitated with much love and care, by Zahira Mous and Tania Sultana Shoukair, we are gathering to make space for us to express rage with care, turning our anger into a sacred torch. A fire that clears and heals.

With Autumn Equinox the veil thins, the days grow darker; a perfect time to attune to our intuition and sharpen our senses. We reclaim the fire within.

Together we will:

🔥 Remember our essence

This is not a “shalala” tea circle. It is a space of truth and tenderness.
