Winter in the Netherlands can feel long, dark, and heavy. But what if this season could instead become a time of deep nourishment, rest, and renewal?

On November 1st, we invite you to step into the cocoon with us, a one-day women’s retreat where we honour the arrival of winter with ritual, self-care, and sisterhood. Together, we’ll embrace this season of introspection, letting go of what no longer serves, and preparing our bodies and hearts for the colder months ahead.

What to expect:
- A soft landing with cacao, meditation & sharing
- Breathwork session to open and release
- A nourishing organic lunch
- Fire ritual to honour what we want to let go
- Cocooning ceremony for deep rest
- Live music, tea and snacks

This day is for women who wish to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and enter winter not with resistance, but with warmth, ritual, and care.

About the location:
The Meditatietuin is a hidden sanctuary in the green heart of the Amstelpark, Amsterdam. With its serene indoor spaces and enclosed gardens, it offers a unique oasis of peace in the city—a place to reconnect with yourself, with nature, and with each other.

About us:
Anna is a psychedelic ceremony facilitator, birth doula, postpartum professional, breathwork coach, musician, globe trotter and philanthropist. I love people. And I love seeing people heal and thrive. My dharma – or soul’s mission – in this lifetime is to guide and assist others through moments of metamorphosis: processes of personal growth and transformation.

Nicky comes from an academic background in Neuropsychology and is a relationship coach, certified yoga teacher and breathwork coach, a free spirited and on a mission to help the world transition into a more relational and loving place. I’m passionate about bringing together ritual, embodiment, and emotional intelligence to create spaces where people feel safe and deeply seen.
