Dit wordt een extra lange en fijne danservaring voor je en unieke kans om met je mededansers te verbinden! Ook in woorden tijdens de middagworkshop en maaltijd. Een XXL ED editie!
In de middag geeft Jeroen Dorresteijn namelijk een volledige Contact Beyond Contact workshop van maar liefst 2/2,5 uur! Daarna genieten we samen van een potluck maaltijd (iedereen maakt/koopt een klein iets om te eten en we delen dat zodat er een heerlijk divers buffet ontstaat).
In de avond drinken we ceremoniële cacao met Tanja Faber en neemt DJ Yarun Dee je daarna mee op een bijzondere dansreis.

Middag: Workshop CBC (Contact Beyond Contact; 15:00-17:30; deur open 14:15, sluit om 14:55)
Potluck maaltijd: 17:30-18:15, samen opruimen 18:15-18:30
Je kan ook tussendoor heerlijk een wandeling door het bos maken (grenzend aan ons pand)
Avond: Cacao & Ecstatic Dance (19:30-22:00, deuren open 18:45), losse kaartjes €22
De cacao opent je hart en geeft je energie voor de avond. Daarnaast is het een eeuwenoud 'medicijn' dat verbindt, met jezelf en elkaar. Het helpt het veld openen, zodat je je vrij en helemaal als jezelf kan bewegen. Daarna een bijzondere Ecstatic Dance met DJ Yarun Dee die je meeneemt in een dansreis.

Entree: € 45 (aan de deur contant - graag vooraf aanmelden - en online, via hipsy service kosten extra), middag en avond programma
Locatie is schoenenvrij. Neem je eigen afsluitbare waterfles mee. Er is gratis gefilterd water en wat met natuurlijke smaakjes en gratis kruidenthee.

Over Contact Beyond Contact:
Contact Beyond Contact is a dance- and healing practice where you may discover the connection with yourself and others. It invites an opening of the heart and authentic, playful interactions through movement and dance. CBC was created in 2019 by Jeroen's teacher Vangelis Legakis.
A CBC-session is a 2,5 hour journey in which a ‘new’ movement language is being taught. Acquiring new abilities in movement expression and developing clear intentions, clear leading & following, clarity of inner boundaries, sensing your ‘yes’ and your ‘no’ among many other qualities. A workshop to develop a more genuine connection with ourselves and others!
CBC incorporates elements from Authentic Movement (AM), Contact Improvisation (CI), Passing Through (PT), yoga, chi gong, and meditation. This workshop is for everyone who loves to dance and wants to deepen their dance experience with themselves and others. No prior dance experience is required. Suitable for beginners and more experienced dancers.
In this workshop, we will embark on a journey together, discovering ourselves in stillness, movement and connection. Learning new ways to express and dance together. Opening our heart and re-discovering our body. In between the different tools that are being offered there is time for reflection and sharing together, to invite a deeper understanding of the experiences, also in relationship to our daily lives. Everything that happens within dancing and creative expression has a relationship to our daily lives. Looking at it more closely with attention to what is actually happening will reveal a lot of information about ourselves and the deep-rooted mechanisms that condition us in one way or another. For most people a very insightful, transformative and joyful experience.
Over DJ Yarun Dee:
Dj Yarun Dee from Amsterdam evolved in the past eight years into one of the main Dj’s in the European Conscious Dance Community! He plays at Ecstatic Dances and Conscious Festivals around the globe co-creating epic dance journeys together with the dancers!
His multi-style Dj-sets have a wide range of influences from around the world. Cosmic, deep, sensual, grounding, celebrative and heart-opening with a base of groovy melodies and earthy tribal beats.
With his ability to deeply tune into the crowd magical dance experiences come in to being.
Rhythms that make your Body want to dance, your Mind to become silent and your Spirit to expand.

We dansen op blote voeten, zonder woorden, zonder middelen (geen drugs, koffie, alcohol) en met respect voor elkaar.
Geen telefoons in de dansruimte, stilte in de danszaal. Neem je eigen afsluitbare flesje mee en een eigen kop/mok voor je thee.
Locatie: Safe Haven, Endegeesterstraatweg 5 in Oegstgeest (kruising met Goudvinklaan).

Parkeren gratis in de omgeving (5-10 minuten lopen). De parkeerplaats aan de overzijde van het pand is waarschijnlijk nog niet bereikbaar (Bosgebied Rhijngeest, check ter plaatse). Er is een bushalte schuin tegenover de locatie. Station Leiden 7 minuten.
