Are you chronically holding yourself back, unable to find ways to express what truly lives inside you? Do you want to discover how much life energy begins to flow when you do express yourself?

This workshop offers a space to explore your relationship with anger, whatever form it currently takes. You are welcome whether you feel afraid of expressing anger, long to express it fully, or both. By learning to welcome your anger, you may discover that it is, in fact, one of your greatest sources of power.

SCREAMING with Inge
Sounding, shouting, screaming, and fully expressing anger can feel incredibly liberating and energizing. Bottled-up anger, on the other hand, can cause fatigue and drain life energy. There aren't many spaces where you can release frustration, give voice to pain, sadness, or anger—and connect with your own strength. This session provides a safe, step-by-step space to explore these expressions at your own pace. We begin with meditation and gentle vocal exercises, then explore anger and boundaries in pairs, followed by individual time to shout, punch, or hit, supported by the group. Safety, self-connection, and understanding your relationship with anger are central.

About Inge:
I am a Nonviolent Communication trainer and breath-and bodywork coach who has experienced the transformative power of expressing anger, frustration, and sadness and joy(!) through body and voice. I practice weekly shout-and-punch sessions to keep my energy flowing. In my interactive workshops, I create a safe space for participants to go deep while combining vulnerability, lightness, and humor

Mixing the incredible power of play with a touch of conscious competition is a potent potion to face our challenges in human relating, uncovering the patterns that do not serve us in conflict and connection. About Elena: I will invite you to join me on a playful, non-verbal journey to rediscover your strength, your softness, and our ability to be authentically human together. I use the rituals designed by Matteo Tangi to infuse my games with conscious competition, heart connection, and a lot of laughter, while mixing in conscious and intentional touch work from my experience as a massage therapist.

This workshop is suitable for both beginners and those experienced in voice or body work.
Bring comfortable clothes you can easily move in. A change of clothes and a towel can also come in handy.
