✨ AUTHENTIC PLAY: Contact Play & Beyond
A journey into connection, boundaries, and embodied joy
What happens when we give ourselves permission to play again?
In this workshop, you’ll rediscover your playful nature—and use it as a powerful tool for self-discovery, nervous system regulation, and deeper connection with others.
Led by tantric sex and pleasure coach Liz Hunter, this experience invites you to connect to your body, awaken your impulses, and explore your boundaries in a way that feels safe, fun, and deeply human.
Through somatic and consent-based practices, you’ll move from tension to aliveness, from performance to presence, and from hesitation to clear, confident connection.
What you’ll explore:
✨ Reclaiming your natural playfulness and spontaneity
✨ Building body awareness and tuning into your desires
✨ Feeling and expressing your YES and NO
✨ Reading others' boundaries without needing words
✨ Creating playful, respectful, honest contact with others
You don’t need any experience—just curiosity and a willingness to show up as you are.
What to expect:
💬 Group sharing & partner exercises
🧠 Tools for nervous system awareness, impulse tracking & consent
🌿 Somatic and tantric-based connection practices
🥊 Play fighting & contact play on the mat—supported, optional, and always guided by your boundaries
“So much fun and grounding at the same time.”
“Liz creates a safe, playful space to explore. I felt free to express myself and tune into what I really wanted.”
By the end of this workshop, you'll feel more alive in your body, more confident in your boundaries, and more connected—to yourself, and to others.

Your guide: Liz Hunter
Liz is a certified sex and pleasure coach who helps people find their voice, reclaim their desires, and reconnect to the wisdom of their bodies. She works 1:1 and in group settings, guiding people back to what she calls authentic human behaviour: connection, clarity, compassion, and embodied joy.
Her work is grounded in the belief that sexual energy is life force energy—and when we learn to work with it, it ripples into every part of our lives.
She is guided by five principles:
Know your body
Know your No
Know your Yes
Know your words
Know it’s about more than just sex
Note: Contact Play & Play Fighting are forms of physical contact. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to participate at your own risk. All practices are optional, and consent is our foundation.
