This one-day retreat moves in THREE parts

PART 1 | 10.00 - 13.00 | THE MIRROR
We begin by practicing awareness through medicine such as meditation, breath, intergalactic energy transmission & soundhealing. Witnessing what’s ready to be seen. Old stories, limiting beliefs & outdated patterns. They rise to the surface, not to be judged, but to be honoured and released. A sacred unraveling, enabling transformation through truth, surrender and deep trust.

PART 2 | 13.00 - 14.00 GROUNDING & NOURISHMENT
We continue with a moment to retrieve in silence, journal insights & ground while nourishing the body with plant-based food prepared by intuitive Chef Thirza. If there are specific allergies, please make sure to let us know by sending a personal message through WhatsApp - 0634270595.

PART 3 | 14.00 - 17.00 | THE EMERGENCE
Together we step into a new frequency, anchored into the New fifth dimensional Earth grid. Integrating joy & unconditional love to expand your body consciousness for new codes to arrive. Codes that are subtle, precise, and uniquely attuned to your field. Weaving heart opening & play elements such as Cacao, Ecstatic Dance & a second round of Soundhealing. A portal of Divine alignment and quantum new beginnings. Culminating the day in gratitude and re-embodiment.

NOURISHMENT
We will offer a nourishing lunch, created by intuitive Chef; Thirza. Throughout the day there will be Fresh Tea & water, to stay hydrated.
