Wether you are getting back from your holidays and feel grounded in yourself and recharged, or you are about to take time for yourself to relax and nourish your nervous system, we invite you to join us for a unique group Spinal Energetics session designed to support your physical, emotional, and energetic well-being as we transition into the second half of the year.
With the guidance of 4 experienced facilitators, each participant will receive personalized attention in a safe and supportive environment.
The centrally located De Flow Studio in Utrecht provides easy access for participants from across the Netherlands.
This session is intentionally timed to help you integrate recent experiences, recalibrate your system, and foster a deeper connection to your authentic self.
Through the practice of Spinal Energetics—a modality that works with the spine, breath, and subtle body—you will be able to release tension, increase energetic flow, and access a greater sense of balance, vitality, and inner ease.

TANU is a trained Breathwork and Spinal Energetics practitioner, passionate about unlocking the body’s natural power to heal and transform.
Her sessions combine deep somatic work with intuitive energy shifts, creating real movement where it matters most — in the body, the breath, and the nervous system.
Grounded, direct, and dynamic, she invites you to reconnect with your energy, break old patterns, and step into a new level of vitality and presence.

MATI is a Certified Biofield Tuning Practitioner and Spinal Energetics Practitioner. He has also completed his certification as an Energy Healer at Resonance under the guidance of Julien Boekhoudt. Further, he trained with Peter Gouw at the Ohmpunctuur Academy, learning about the use of sound as a means to heal. After graduating from his Master of Arts in Music Theater at the Royal Academy of Music in London, Matias completed the Licentiate of the Royal Academy of Music, becoming a certified vocal coach. He found his true passion in teaching, having helped many students develop their voices. After years of teaching vocal technique and singing, Matias realized how therapeutic and healing it was for his students to dare to use their full voice potential. By expanding his knowledge in the areas of resonance, energy and Sound Healing, he is now hoping to help people, using a holistic approach, to find tools to release traumas and limitations that are keeping them from fully expressing themselves.

➡️ Contraindications and Cancellation Policy
Please let us know if you have any of the following contraindications:
- High blood pressure
- Pregnancy
- Severe PTSD
- Severe Cardiovascular problems
- Taking any drugs up to 72hs before the event
- Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions that would impair or affect their ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release.
Cancellations will be fully refunded up to a week before the event minus service costs. After that we are not able to offer any refunds.
