🌟 Klaar voor een Ecstatic Dance!? 🌟

Doe met ons mee op 13 september en dans ecstatisch en vrij bij Regenerate Station.✨ Dansen, genieten, verbinden—door juist los te koppelen van de online wereld en volledig aanwezig te zijn in het nu. Alles gaat zo snel tegenwoordig, en het is steeds moeilijker om écht te vertragen. Wij helpen je daar graag bij.

✨ WAT IS ECSTATIC DANCE?
Ecstatic Dance is een vrije vorm van dans die je ook kunt zien als een actieve vorm van meditatie. Je geeft je over aan de muziek, binnen een veilige en heilige “container”.

Tijdens de ecstatic dance creëren we een omgeving waar je volledig jezelf kunt zijn en vreugde kunt ervaren door verbinding—met jezelf, met anderen, via muziek en beweging. Het gaat om loslaten, energie laten stromen en plezier maken, wat leidt tot een ECSTATISCH gevoel, zonder gebruik van alcohol of drugs!

Een ecstatic dance kan diepgaand en krachtig zijn. Heb je het nog nooit geprobeerd? Dan nodigen we je van harte uit om het te ervaren. Wij zorgen ervoor dat je je de hele avond warm en veilig voelt.

🕒 Programma
13:15 - 13:30 --- Parkeer en wandel naar de dome (ongeveer 10 min.). Hieronder belangrijke informatie!
13:30 – 14:00 — Inloop (WEES OP TIJD! DE DEUR GAAT DICHT OM 14:00!)
14:00 – 14:15 — Introductie
14:15 – 14:45 — Workshop contact improvisation by Rubén Garcia
14:45 – 16:45 — Dansen op de beats van DJ INDI RAEVA
16:45 – 17:00 — Afsluiting
17:00 – 18:00 — Afterglow met vegan snacks 🌱

🚗 PARKEREN
𝐋𝐄𝐓 𝐎𝐏!: Je kunt niet parkeren aan de Middelweg.
Gebruik in plaats daarvan een van de volgende parkeerplaatsen en geniet van een korte wandeling door het groen (5–10 minuten):

Sommige dansers dragen misschien iets aan hun voeten vanwege medische redenen. We vragen je om hier met respect en zonder oordeel mee om te gaan. Kan jij niet op blote voeten dansen maar houd je wel van ecstatic dance of Conscious Clubbing? Laat het ons weten—je bent natuurlijk meer dan welkom.

Alle ticketverkopen zijn definitief. Tickets zijn niet annuleerbaar en niet restitueerbaar. Je mag je ticket echter overdragen aan iemand anders. De nieuwe deelnemer moet bij de ingang jouw naam vermelden om toegang te krijgen.
Mocht een evenement geannuleerd worden door Regenerate of de co-creator, dan ontvang je een volledige terugbetaling, inclusief eventuele Hipsy servicekosten.

🌟 Ready for an ecstatic dance!? 🌟

Join us on September 13, dancing ecstaticly and free at Regenerate Station.✨ Dancing, enjoying, connecting by disconnecting from the online world and by being present in the now, in Delft. Everything is so fast paced and it's now so challenging to slow down and we would love to help you out with that.

WHAT IS ECSTATIC DANCE? ✨
Ecstatic dance is a free-form dance and can also be seen as a more active way of meditation. You can surrender to the music in a sacred and safe “container”.
The ecstatic dance is set up in an environment where you can simply be yourself and experience joy through connection (with self and others), dance, and music. It’s about letting go, moving energy, and having fun, resulting in an ECSTATIC feeling without using any drugs and alcohol!

An ecstatic dance can be very powerful and special, if you have never tried it before, we invite you to try it out and we will make you feel warm and safe during the whole evening.

13:15 - 13:30 - Park and walk to dome (about 10 min.). See important info below!
13:30 - 14:00 - Walk in. BE ON TIME. DOORS CLOSE AT 14:00!
14:00 - 14:15 - Intro
14:15 - 14:45 - workshop to be announced
14:45 - 16:45 - Dancing on the beats of ......
16:45 - 17:00 - Closing.
17:00 - 18:00 - Afterglow with vegan snacks!

👣 P.S. It is possible that there will be dancers that are wearing something for their feet due to medical conditions. We invite you to don't judge and be respectful and mindful towards your fellow dancers. If you love dancing and ecstatic dances / Conscious Clubbing and can't dance barefoot? Let us know and you are of course more than welcome.

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-cancellable and non-refundable. However, you may transfer your ticket to someone else, in case you can no longer attend yourself. The new attendee must mention your name at the entrance to gain access. You will have to arrange payment of the ticket by the person joining in your stead directly with them.
In the rare case that an event is cancelled by Regenerate or the co-creator, you will receive a full refund, including any Hipsy service fees.
