During this weekend workshop, you have the opportunity to practice divers breathing sessions and experience the transformational power of the breath. Conscious breathing helps your mind and body to release stored emotions, stress, and tension and leaves you with a deep sense of calm & tranquility as well as an increased energy level. This journey into breath will completely reset your nervous system and leave you with a new balance.
