With gentle guidance from Irina, you’ll be immersed in the healing tones of gongs, crystal bowls, chimes, and shamanic drums. These sacred sounds move through the body like waves, helping to dissolve what feels heavy and reconnect you with your natural state of ease and clarity.

As you rest, lying down in stillness, the vibrations will begin to settle your system. Your thoughts may soften, your breath may deepen, and a quiet spaciousness may open within. This journey is not about doing—it’s about receiving.
You may notice emotions rising or falling, images passing through, or simply feel yourself held in deep rest. Whatever arises is welcome. There’s nothing to achieve here—only a gentle unfolding.
