Wat als de struggles die jij ervaart, niet van jou zijn? Maar voortkomen uit jouw gezin van herkomst of zelfs nog generaties verder terug. Door een familieopstelling krijg je inzicht in verborgen patronen, in dat wat in de onderstroom speelt. Het zorgt voor helderheid en geeft je richting. Of je nu deelneemt als vraagsteller, gevraagd wordt als representant of alleen aanwezig bent, de ervaring leert dat het voor iedereen waardevol is en je inzichten geeft.

Ik ben Charissa, lichaamsgericht en systemisch coach. Ik heb mijn eigen coachpraktijk waar ik 1-op-1 sessies geef. Ik wil heel graag zoveel mogelijk mensen de bevrijdende energie van een familieopstelling meegeven. Daarom organiseer ik deze bijeenkomst.

Wat gaan we doen?
Na een korte kennismaking met elkaar en een uitleg over familieopstellingen, inventariseer ik wie er een vraag/dilemma heeft en deze wil laten opstellen. Er is ruimte voor meerdere vragen, maar wellicht dat niet iedereen aan de beurt kan komen. Je kunt gevraagd worden als representant, dat betekend dat je gevraagd kan worden om deel te nemen aan een opstelling als iets of iemand van de vraagsteller. Wil je niet meedoen als representant, maar alleen kijken dan kan dat uiteraard.

What if the struggles you're experiencing aren’t actually yours? What if they originate from your family of origin—or even generations further back? A family constellation reveals hidden patterns and brings to light what’s playing out beneath the surface. It brings clarity and helps you find direction. Whether you participate with your own question, are invited to take part as a representative, or simply attend as an observer, experience shows that it’s valuable for everyone and always brings insight.

I’m Charissa, a body-oriented and systemic coach. I run my own coaching practice where I offer one-on-one sessions. I’m passionate about sharing the liberating energy of family constellations with as many people as possible. That’s why I’m organizing this gathering.

What will we do?
After a short introduction and an explanation about family constellations, I’ll ask who has a question or dilemma they would like to explore through a constellation. There will be space for multiple constellations, but it’s possible not everyone will get the chance to bring in their own question. You may be invited to act as a representative, which means stepping into a role in someone else’s constellation—as a person or element related to their question. If you prefer not to take an active role and simply observe, that is absolutely fine too.
