𝗘𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗮𝗴 𝘃𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝗲 𝗸𝗹𝗮𝗮𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗺 𝗱𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗳𝗱𝗲 é𝗰𝗵𝘁 𝘁𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻｡

Je verlangt naar liefde.
Niet zomaar liefde.
Maar die diepe, rauwe, alles doordringende liefde die je doet openen, smelten, thuiskomen.

En toch… telkens weer lijkt het te stagneren.
Je verliest jezelf. Of de ander.
Je sluit je af of voelt je niet echt gezien.
Er ontstaat afstand. Stilte en ongemak.

Misschien ben je gaan geloven dat er iets mis is met jou.
Maar wat je voelt, is niet van nu.
Het is oud.
Het leeft in je systeem. In je lichaam. In je hart.
In het meisje of jongetje dat ooit niet kreeg wat het zo nodig had.
Liefde aanraking, begrip en veiligheid.

Dus ging je op zoek buiten jezelf, naar wat je zo gemist hebt.
En telkens als de liefde zich aandiende, werd het spannend.
Wat als het weer verdwijnt?
Wat als jij weer teveel bent? Of niet genoeg?
Dus trok je je terug óf klampte je je vast.
Soms zonder dat je het zelf doorhad.

En misschien bleef de ander niet staan.
Zag niet wat er écht speelde.
Dat achter je muur, je stilte, je woede… een verlangen lag én een angst.
Dieper dan woorden. Groter dan dit leven alleen.

Want vaak dragen we niet alleen ons eigen verhaal.
Maar ook de verhalen van generaties voor ons.
Verhalen van verboden liefdes.
Van verlies dat nooit gehuild is.
Van verlangen dat nooit geleefd mocht worden.

𝗜𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝘇𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝗴𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗴𝗮𝗮𝗻 𝘄𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗿.

Het Heart to Heart Centrum ligt centraal in Bussum tussen station Bussum-Zuid en station Naarden-Bussum (1,8 km). Bus 107 stopt pal voor de deur.

𝗕𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗸𝗯𝗮𝗮𝗿𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗱 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼:
Na afslag Naarden vanaf de A1 ben je binnen vijf minuten bij het Heart to Heart Centrum. Je vindt ons vlakbij het park ‘het Mouwtje’ en het fraaie Willem Bilderdijkpark en schuin tegenover EkoPlaza.

𝗟𝗲𝘁 𝗼𝗽 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻: op het terrein zelf is alleen voor de medewerkers van Heart House. We verzoeken jouw als deelnemer om (gratis) te parkeren bij de parkeerhavens langs de sportvelden op de Voormeulenweg (Voormeulenweg 24b) of bij theater ’t Spant (Doctor Abraham Kuyperlaan 3). Beide parkeerhavens zijn op ongeveer vijf minuten lopen naar het Heart to Heart centrum. Het is ook mogelijk om voor de deur te parkeren. In de parkeervakken langs de Huizerweg is het parkeertarief € 1,20 per uur tot 18.00 uur. Daarna is het gratis.

In the little boy or girl who once did not receive what was so deeply needed.
Love, touch, understanding, and safety.

So you went searching outside yourself, for what you missed so deeply.
And every time love appeared, it became tense.
What if it disappears again?
What if you are too much or not enough?
So you withdrew or you clung on.
Sometimes without even realizing it.

And maybe the other did not stay.
Did not see what was truly going on.
That behind your wall, your silence, your anger… there was both longing and fear.
Deeper than words. Greater than this life alone.

Because often, we carry not only our own story.
But also the stories of generations before us.
Stories of forbidden loves.
Of grief that was never cried out.
Of longing that was never allowed to be lived.

In this day workshop we go deeper.
With constellations, Heart Breathing, and Mysterywork we create space.
Space for truth, for softness, for transformation.
For your heart, for your body, and for your Love.
So you can open again.
Not from lack, but from strength.
Not to get the other, but to free yourself.
You don’t have to fix anything.
You are welcome exactly as you are.
With your hope, your pain, your longing.
With all of your Heart.

Accessibility Public Transport:

The Heart to Heart Center is centrally located in Bussum, between Bussum-Zuid station and Naarden-Bussum station (1.8 km). Bus 107 stops right in front of the building.

From the A1 (exit Naarden) you’ll arrive at the Heart to Heart Center within five minutes. We are located near the park ‘het Mouwtje’ and the beautiful Willem Bilderdijkpark, diagonally across from EkoPlaza.

Parking:

On-site parking is reserved for Heart House employees. We kindly ask participants to park for free at the parking areas along the sports fields on Voormeulenweg (Voormeulenweg 24b) or at theater ’t Spant (Doctor Abraham Kuyperlaan 3). Both are about a five-minute walk to the Heart to Heart Center.
Paid parking is also available in the spaces along Huizerweg at €1.20 per hour until 18:00. After 18:00, parking is free.
