🇳🇱 Systemisch Werk – Jij en het Grotere Geheel

Welkom in deze workshop, waarin jij jouw plek in het systeem zult verkennen. Systemisch werk nodigt je uit om niet alleen te kijken naar het individu, maar naar het grotere geheel waar je deel van uitmaakt: je gezin van herkomst, je familiesysteem, een organisatie, een team, of een bredere gemeenschap.

Als begeleider, professional, of deelnemer beweeg jij je in dit grotere veld. Vandaag vertragen we. We creëren ruimte om te luisteren naar wat zich onder de oppervlakte bevindt – de patronen, verstrikkingen en herhalingen die vaak onbewust aanwezig zijn en hun werking blijven doen, zolang ze niet worden gezien.

Je bent hier niet om antwoorden te geven, maar om aanwezig te zijn met een open blik. Je stelt de juiste vragen, zodat het systeem zelf kan gaan bewegen. In dit veld werken we met familieopstellingen, organisatieopstellingen, en het systemisch waarnemen van dynamieken die zichtbaar willen worden.

🇬🇧 Systemic Work – Finding Your Place in the Greater Whole

Welcome to this workshop, where you will explore your place within the system. Systemic work invites you to look beyond the individual, and into the larger field you are part of — your family of origin, a team, a company, or a wider community.

As a facilitator, professional, or participant, you move through this larger field. Today, we slow down. We create space to listen to what lives beneath the surface — the patterns, entanglements, and repetitions that are often unconscious, yet deeply active.

You are not here to offer solutions, but to be present with an open mind. To ask the questions that allow the system to breathe and begin to move. Together, we will touch into the wisdom of the field using constellations, systemic perception, and deep listening.
