Hoe zou het leven zou zijn als je iets minder je best hoeft te doen, als je je iets minder vaak hoeft aan te passen, en in plaats daarvan vooral liefdevol door het leven mag dansen met jouw waarheid?

In waarheid leven is essentieel, omdat het ons in lijn brengt met onze diepste waarden en ons authentieke zelf. Het vormt de basis voor echte innerlijke rust en vrijheid. Wanneer we onze waarheid ontkennen of vermijden, leven we in conflict met onszelf en met anderen, wat leidt tot ontevredenheid, angst en verwarring. Onze waarheid omarmen en uitdrukken vraagt moed en aanwezigheid, maar het is de enige weg naar betekenisvolle verbinding en een leven in integriteit. Door dagelijks te oefenen in het voelen en belichamen van onze waarheid versterken we ons zelfvertrouwen, verscherpen we onze intuïtie en openen we de deur naar een leven vol helderheid, doelgerichtheid, vrijheid en liefde.

Joey en Fieke zijn een liefdevol koppel dat hun relatie (en hun leven) wijdt aan de pijlers van de tantrische filosofie. Eén van die pijlers is leven in waarheid, met alles zoals het is. Door niets uit de menselijke ervaring uit de weg te gaan, laten zij liefde en vrijheid dansen en stromen.

In deze speelse workshop begeleiden Joey en Fieke je door oefeningen waarin je diepe verbinding maakt met jezelf en met anderen. Je onderzoekt gedragspatronen, conditioneringen en beperkende overtuigingen. Je ontdekt je innerlijke kracht door af te stemmen op je lichaam, je verlangens te uiten, grenzen te stellen en kwetsbaarheid in relaties te omarmen. Door deze reis van zelfbekrachtiging openen we ons voor een vreugdevol en liefdevol leven, door verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor ons eigen pad en zo vrij en authentiek te leven.

Living in truth is essential because it aligns us with our deepest values and authentic self, creating a foundation for genuine peace and inner freedom. When we deny or avoid our truth, we live in conflict with ourselves and with others, which breeds dissatisfaction, anxiety, and confusion. Embracing and expressing our truth requires courage and presence, but it is the only path to meaningful connection and a life of integrity. Practicing to feel and to embody our truth each day strengthens our self-trust, sharpens our intuition, and opens the door to a life of clarity, purpose, freedom and love.

Joey and Fieke are a loving couple who devote their relationship (and their lives) to pillars of the tantric philosophy. One of the pillars is living in truth with everything as it is. By avoiding nothing within the human experience they allow love and freedom to dance and flow

In this playful workshop, Joey and Fieke will guide you through practices where you will connect deeply with yourself and with others and explore your behavioral patterns, conditioning, and limiting beliefs. You will discover your inner strength by tuning into your body, expressing desires, setting boundaries, and embracing vulnerability in relationships. Through this journey of self-empowerment, we open ourselves to a joyful and loving life by taking responsibility for our own lives, allowing us to live freely and authentically.
