Rishiraj Kulkarni is a multi-percussionist musician from India, performing self-composed music consisting of unique and handmade musical instruments from across the globe. His instrument ensembles includes the Tabla, Handpan, RAV Vast & Maschine to name a few. Over the years Rishiraj has been working closely with amalgamating the sounds of nature along with his instruments, electronic soundscapes and sonic textures. He has two independent albums to his name Home (2021) and The Woods (2023), he released his first independent album - Home, inspired by sounds from various artists, cultures and musical traditions.

Rishiraj will host his workshop at the Ayasa HQ, the center of Dutch handpan manufacturing since 2014. The workshop is accessible for all levels and will target the following subjects;
1. posture, understanding
2. implementing Indian & world music rhythm
3. music theory & ways of composing your own music
4. Imitation vs inspiration
