A 3 Hour Transformational Deep-Dive Dance Journey
Welcome to our 2nd 🌞Solstice Edition🌞Deep Waves - with an elegant new Space, a beautiful rich Sound System, and an expanded Transformational Journey
Deep Waves Ecstatic Dance is created by dancers who feel that something more is possible in a conscious dance journey. Over the years, we’ve witnessed an evolution in the field... and with it, a new desire: to go further. To explore not only the depths within, but also how we relate, connect, and move with others. Because it’s here, in honest movement, emotion and raw connection, that we meet all parts of ourselves, light and shadow, strength and vulnerability... and are invited to dance and be with it all.
After an incredible first dance, we are SO excited to invite you to our special Solstice Edition - taking place in a next level venue! Temple of Sophia has beautiful high ceilings, an epic sound system and a spacious, wooden dance floor to support the depth and expansiveness of your journey.
The solstice is a powerful threshold, whether it’s light returning or darkness descending, we willdance right on this turning point, inviting in the shift in natures cycles and riding the waves of life together.
This is not just an extended ecstatic dance. It’s a full-spectrum, intentionally held journey for inner work, healing, and self-discovery. Guided by an expertly woven 3-wave musical arc, held by skilled spaceholders, and set in a safe, immersive atmosphere, this is a dance for those ready to surrender, to transform, and to integrate.
This also isn’t about pushing hard for three hours straight. It’s about learning how to move with your energy. To be present, to witness, to trust, and to flow with whatever shows up.

THE DEEP WAVE CONTAINER
To create a space that is as powerful, safe, and transformative as possible, we hold to the following agreements:
1. No talking
2. Barefoot or socks only
3. No substances
4. No phones
5. Respect all boundaries
6. Arrive on time (no entry after the opening circle)
As organizers, we also commit to never filming or photographing what happens inside. This is your space to be fully present, without distractions or observation.

Jethro has been dancing passionately for 26 years and is endlessly fascinated by what can awaken in the body when the music and the space are held just right. His DJ sets are known for their soul-stirring beauty, intricate details, and emotional depth—guiding dancers into hidden corners of themselves before lifting them into wild, euphoric celebration. Expect the full spectrum and beyond.

YOUR FACILITATOR
Rachi is a facilitator with Dance The Medicine, a seasoned Ecstatic DJ, Kriya Yoga teacher, and conscious dance guide from the UK. She blends movement, breathwork, and energy awareness to open the doorway to deep healing, authentic connection, and embodied transformation. Her presence creates a field where dancers feel safe to express, explore, and set themselves free.
