✨ An afternoon to give and receive for bodyworkers, massage therapists, and somatic practitioners ✨
Every month, I want to create a warm space to meet and exchange bodywork.
I provide the space, the basic structure, and guided intro. You bring your mat, massage table, oils, or whatever you need along with a contribution for the space and organisation.
It’s the perfect moment to take care of your body, fill your cup, practice something new, experiment, get feedback, and connect ❤️
Places are limited to 12 participants!
You will each give and receive a bodywork session of 1 hour.
I will make sure that we are an even number of participants to exchange sessions.
We’ll have a 15 minute break between sessions.

* WHEN: Wednesday 23 April
* TIME: 14:00-17:00
(Please aim to be there at 13:50 so that we can all enter together at 14:00 and start on time)
* LOCATION: Anderlecht, next to Erasme metro stop.
(Address is sent upon registration)
* CONTRIBUTION: 20 euro
(For the organisation, rent for the space, electricity, heating, water, and tea)

- Anything you need to give your treatment (oils, futon, massage table, electrical blanket, towel, tissues, …). A large part of the floor is covered in fitness mats and carpets. So it's also possible to work on the floor without a mat.
