Join us on Saturday June 7, dancing ecstaticly and free at Oase Rotterdam.✨ Dancing, enjoying, connecting by disconnecting from the online world and by being present in the now, right here in the beautiful concrete jungle called Rotterdam. Everything is so fast paced and it's now so challenging to slow down and we would love to help you out with that. We invite you to dip your toes in the Oase Rotterdam x Bezweefd Ecstatic Dance.
WHAT IS ECSTATIC DANCE? ✨
Ecstatic dance is a free-form dance and can also be seen as a more active way of meditation. You can surrender to the music in a sacred and safe “container”.
The ecstatic dance is set up in an environment where you can simply be yourself and experience joy through connection (with self and others), dance, and music. It’s about letting go, moving energy, and having fun, resulting in an ECSTATIC feeling without using any drugs and alcohol!
An ecstatic dance can be very powerful and special, if you have never tried it before, we invite you to try it out and we will make you feel warm and safe during the whole evening.

19:00 - 19:30 - Walk in. BE ON TIME. DOORS CLOSE AT 19:30!
19:30 - 19:45 - Intro
19:45 - 20:15 - Move into Yin Yoga by Romane Kuijt.
20:15 - 22:15 - Dancing on the beats of DJ Yarl!
22:15 - 22:30 - Closing.
22:30 - 23:30 - Afterglow with vegan snacks!

Refunds are not possible for this event. You can use your ticket for the next ecstatic dance or you can give it away to someone.
P.S. It is possible that there will be dancers that are wearing something for their feet due to medical conditions. We invite you to don't judge and be respectful and mindful towards your fellow dancers. If you love dancing and ecstatic dances / Conscious Clubbing and can't dance barefoot? Let us know and you are of course more than welcome.
