Prepare to embark on a journey of self-discovery—filled with laughter, warmth, and genuine care. We’ll explore how to deepen into connection through the felt sense of presence. When we meet each other in Relational Depth, something magical happens: masks drop, truth surfaces, and we remember the joy of being fully seen.
This is more than just an evening of sharing—it’s a playground for your soul. Guided by our experienced Trainer and Be Touched co-founder Nicole Caodie, this workshop offers a nourishing blend of relational exercises, somatic practices, and group exploration. Whether you're seeking more intimacy in your relationships, a refresher in authentic communication, or simply longing to reconnect to yourself in the company of others—this is for you.
What you’ll experience:
This workshop is a welcoming space, open to newcomers and experienced practitioners alike. It's a spacious, experimental, fun early evening, filled with connection based practices designed to guide you deeper into levels of awareness, not just with your mind but within a whole sense of being. You'll move between solo reflection, partner work, group sharing and embodied exercises.
You can expect a carefully curated blend of:
Authentic Relating Games – simple yet powerful exercises to foster real, joyful connection
Relational Inquiry & Partner Work – learn to speak from the heart, listen deeply, and meet others in presence
