Breathwork and Embodiment - Facilitators Training

Therapeutic Breathwork is a beautiful way to support your clients through the release of tension and emotions which may be held in the body, as well as integrating unprocessed trauma. It is also a powerful addition to your current skillset as a space holder or therapist.

We combine conscious connected breathwork with enquiry and embodiment practices, meditation, somatic practices and authentic communication. We work from a trauma informed base to ensure that practitioners graduate with the confidence, skills and capacity required to hold a safe, sacred and intimate space for clients.

Maximum Capacity 10 Participants per training.

The structure will include:
- three blocks of five consecutive training days: 1 - 5 October 2025, 4 - 8 February 2026, 29 April - 3 May 2026
- complemented by online and individual sessions.
