Spring Equinox Ceremony
Healing ritual of Movement & Kundalini energy activation
In nature by the fire, surrounded with heartfelt horses energy.

Celebrating this moment that marks the first day of spring, with the light triumphing over the darkness. The earth begins waking up, plants start to sprout from the ground, and animals come out of hibernation.

Join us in this blossoming farm in nature , gathering around the fire. We will begin with a deep Heart meditation to attune to the energy of the horses, followed by a sacred Water blessing ritual and a movement medicine dance, embracing the wisdom of the Spring Equinox. We will conclude with a short but sweet Kundalini activation while in deep relaxation.. The energy of the loving horses around us will help us to uplift our consciousness, both indevidually and collectively.

Diana Asmuss
Works as a mindfulness and kundalini energy facilitator. She also provides coaching and in-depth training with the help of horses. These power animals have a high heart coherence that ensures positive, peaceful feelings that they radiate. During the kundalini energy session, together with the horses, we invite our life force energy to remove blockages and allow it to flow again fully. So that creativity, intuition, love and abundance can exist in your life.
