Is it time for the non-human world to come together to discuss what is happening to our planet. Apparently so! On Sunday 16th of March, non-human beings will be gathering as a council to discuss the current situations - will you be there?

Created by Joanna Macy and John Seed, the Council of All Beings is a communal ritual in which participants step aside from their human identity and speak on behalf of another life-form. In council, the non-human beings come together to discuss the dangers and challenges facing them in these times. This ritual is a powerful and playful way to widen our sense of self beyond our own lives and encourage solidarity with all life.

PART OF THE WORK THAT RECONNECTS 7-MONTH SERIES

This event is part of a bigger event series following the The Work That Reconencts practices:
Every first Wednesday of the month we come together to practice The Work That Reconnects. We are a dynamic group of 10 - 15 people who love these practices and how it grounds and enlivens us in our love and appreciation for life. During these circles we move through the stages of the Spiral of the Work that Reconnects (Coming from Gratitude, Honouring our Pain, Seeing with New Eyes, Going Fourth). The spiral is a method that helps us find and offer our unique contribution to the challenges we face in the world. The dynamic of this spiral is a powerful and trustworthy structure to find support.
