✨ The intention of this workshop is to create a heart to heart connection with yourself, with strangers or with people you might know. Meet one another fully without masks and strategy, communicate your inner world with authenticity.

Each month Daphné will bring a different theme such as vulnerability, group bonding, showing yourself, feeling your feelings, etc.



🗝️ About the method
Authentic Relating is about expressing what we truly feel and think, while we are with others. It helps us create more sincere and joyful relationships. A workshop takes place through various verbal exercises (icebreakers, playful games, introspective exercises). Very little theory: it is mainly about the experience of being together.

⚧️ About the ꜰᴀᴄɪʟɪᴛᴀᴛᴏʀs

Daphné discovered authentic relationships in Denmark, where she lived for three years. This practice came at the perfect time with the arrival of COVID, as she spent many weeks indoors with a small group, building connections, welcoming emotions, and navigating tensions. She learned by doing.
Since then, she has become a certified facilitator in authentic relationships and a therapist specializing in emotional expression. She has already guided over 500 people toward their authenticity through 50+ workshops and individual therapy sessions.
Her unique toolkit combines art therapy, non-violent
communication, andmore than 10 trainings in emotional work. In her workshops, she creates a brave space where everyone can ground themselves, feel, and reconnect with their true selves. Her approach? Less theory, more transformative experiences. Because authenticity isn’t something you learn—it’s something you live.
