Journaling Together: Coming Home to Yourself
When was the last time you truly checked in with yourself? Not just in passing, but with real attention, like sitting down with an old friend, listening deeply, and offering space for whatever needs to surface?
This women's journaling circle is a moment to do just that. To slow down, turn inward, and come home to yourself through writing.
Through guided prompts, you’ll explore where you are right now, what you need, and how you can nurture a deeper sense of connection with yourself. Whether you feel full of thoughts or don’t know where to begin, this space is here for you.
The venue
We’ll gather in the Kolenkitkas, a glasshouse filled with soft light, tucked away from the noise of the outside world. With tea, comfy snacks, and gentle music in the background, we’ll open our journals and let the words flow, no pressure, no expectations.

About Me
Hi, I’m Evelien! I’m a yoga teacher with a background in psychology, philosophy, and cognitive sciences. After completing my 200-hour yoga teacher training in India, I started Kindred Studio as a way to combine my experience and interests to create a space that supports both personal exploration and connection within a community.
I believe that transformation happens when we come together in a safe and inclusive space. The workshops at Kindred Studio are designed to foster a sense of belonging, where, everyone regardless of background or experience, can reflect, share, and gain new insights. Whether you’re looking for clarity, inspiration, or simply a space to pause and breathe, these workshops are here to meet you where you are.
Hopefully see you soon!
