Welcome to a deeply relaxing sound journey, in preparation for the Spring Equinox. This session is designed to restore balance, release energetic blockages, and guide you into profound relaxation and inner peace.

With gentle guidance from Irina, you will immerse in the transformative vibrations of sacred instruments—crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and drums. These sounds will wash over you, dissolving stagnant energy and aligning your body, mind, and soul. As the harmonics slow your brainwaves, they activate your body’s healing energy, bringing clarity and calm.

Lying down comfortably, allow the healing vibrations to harmonise your entire being. The soothing overtones will help your trillions of cells vibrate in unison, releasing blockages and opening meridians, while activating deep healing within.
The invitation is to stay open to whatever arises—whether emotional release, visions, or moments of stillness. Trust the process and embrace this sacred space as you reconnect with your inner self, welcoming the fresh energy of the new season.
There is no right or wrong way to experience this journey—simply surrender to the sounds and vibrations, knowing each moment is a gift. Let this time of stillness guide you toward inner harmony and peace.

Practical Information:
This is a lying-down sound bath. The room will be heated, and soft mattresses will be provided. To ensure your comfort, please bring anything you need to relax—such as a blanket, sleeping bag, pillow, or eye pillow.
