Imagine having a soundhealing in a hammock.

While lying in the hammock you will feel the gravity, your body starts to relax. The hammock is holding you completely as if being in a whomb. With the sounds of Tibetan bowls, drums, chimes, rattles, voice, crystal bowls and more, moving through the space you will go into an even deeper relaxation. Waves of the sound frequencies can take you to a quiet mind and sometimes even to different realities.

When you enter the room we will start with a personal sound cleansing/smudging. A visualization takes you to your essence from where your intention of the soundhealing will be clear. From there you can lie in the hammock exactly the way you feel the best. Slowly we build up the sounds intuitively, taking us on a beautiful journey. Since the intention is set at the start, the sound will do its work and you can just relax and enjoy.

It is also possible to enjoy the soundhealing lying on a yoga mat or sitting on a chair.
