Conscious Sharing Circle

We are inviting you to an evening of coming back to ourselves, while also staying in connection with each other.
With love and kindness we'll welcome whatever is alive in the present moment. We'll use practices inspired by Heart IQ™️ as guidelines for conscious sharing and listening.
All feelings are welcome. Come as you are, but fully dressed! 😃

WHAT TO EXPECT:
The evening starts with a soft landing, then slowly transitioning to interact with the other participants. After a few 1 on 1 exercises there will be an introduction of the sharing and listening guidelines that we will practice. Then we open the circle space and magic begins.


AGREEMENTS:

1. Speak in the “I”, in the first person. If I speak from the first person, I have a better sense of owning my experience and my message is more easily felt by others.

2. Confidentiality. After this session we can share about our own experience or about our take away, but we don’t share about other people's process.

3. Speak about what is alive in the present moment, both in your emotional world and inside your body.

4. No fixing or giving advice. This space is for us to welcome all feelings and all parts of ourselves, and to be with each other in a state of acceptance.

5. Honor your boundaries and other people's boundaries.

Location: Studio 19 (in Plan B) - Hurksestraat 19 in Eindhoven
