Tessa Schiethart (IG: @tessa.schiethart) is a relational mentor, somatic therapist and somatic sexologist. She has extensive training in the field of women's work, with mostly training in yogic intimacy as taught by David Deida, with feminine embodied practice from teachers such as Nina Lombardo and Michaela Boehm and a background in the academic field of anthropology in which she studied the position and interpretation of women's bodies in varying cultures. Through relational mentorship, somatic therapy and teaching groups, she works with women and men to deepen living, loving and relating, transform challenge into empowerment and embody the dance between consciousness and love. Tessa's work is informed by formal study, continued learning and daily devotional practice over the last 15 years in the realms of psychology, feminine embodiment, yogic practice, ayurveda and sacred sexuality. She runs her private practice, with one to one therapy and mentoring online and offline in Amsterdam. She offers workshops and group programs on- and offline.
