Because of my travels to Hawaii I was inspired to live more and more from my core, to live from my autentic being. On Hawaii I decided to do a yoga teacher training and start teaching, on Hawaii I sat in ceremony for the first time, on Hawaii I drank my first Cacao.
The Spirit of Aloha is the umbrella under which, or the volcano from which, all my offerings come into being. Aloha means: 'we breathe the same air, therefor we are one'.
