We are excited and gratefull to present Sapphire Leena who is very gifted and unique in her approach. There are only 2 sessions planned on 21 en 23 of June. The last one is already sold out.
The breathwork session:
During a session Sapphire will first introduce the breathwork, how to breathe and what to expect. In group settings she will then take you into a journey through music, voice and breath. After an hour of breathing she slowly allows integration to take place.
Sapphire feels the importance of allowing her clients to come out of sessions gently – encouraging no rush and space for her breathers to allow whatever they have felt during the session to be processed in a safe and loving environment. Afterwards there is often a sharing circle where those that wish to, may share their experiences or insights.
