Zo'n bijzondere ervaring. Je krijgt een combinatie van stretches, acrobatiek, massage en contact improvisatie. En dat in een hele fijne sociale setting met thee en snacks. Ben nu twee keer geweest en kan het iedereen aanraden!

What an amazing journey.
Expect a mix between yoga, massage, a bit of aerobics. After the session you feel relaxed, recharged with positive energy and with a desire to go back.
The instructors are such amazing people. It is crazy to see someone practice their work with such good care and good vibes.
Next time I will bring my partner with me because there is an opportunity to connect emotionally.

What an absolutely magnificent experience! Having never done any kind of yoga class before, I am a complete beginner, but Lena and Vincent were truly amazing instructors who held the space with so much care and skill. The atmosphere was full of good vibes, and the people there were just wonderful. I am so glad I found this class, and will definitely be back.

They really know how to make everyone feel comfortable and accepted. As someone new to partner yoga and massage or playcare, I felt at ease. The instructors crated a space where I could explore my boundaries and discover the playfulness, strength and balance in my body. It was a truly supportive and empowering experience which left me feeling inspired and excited to keep exploring this practice. Much love!

Gentle and nourishing. Loved the mix of partnered movement, massage, and chill co-regulation. The vibe was relaxed and warm, the practices were grounding, and the space felt really safe to just show up as I was. Definitely planning to come back!

as a complete beginner in partner yoga and massage/playcare practices I felt extremely comfortable with the support of the whole group and two amazing instructors who pushed me to go beyond my fears and realise how strong and balanced my body was. It was extremely healing for me and probably the start of a long journey

I joined playcare once and it immediately became part of my weekly routine. Reason for that is the awesome environment and the quality content that the hosts share with us every time. I came in very sad once and left with a big smile...it's precious to have such a cute space in the middle of the week to relax and loosen up body and emotions! Highly suggested

If you can make it - come! I had spent a few days working & as a result arrived quite stressed. My state was completely changed during the workshop. From stressed and ungrounded to soft, peaceful, embodied, calm - it was what I needed. I will definitely come again!

Many people in the workshop requested an even longer workshop... fingers crossed that will happen :-)

What we learn and experiment with in the workshop are great tools for life & is suitable for all levels, so don't hesitate to join. Bring a friend!

Lena and Vincent hold this space so gracefully, safely and joyfully! Everytime I come, I leave feeling so connected to myself, my body, and the others from the group! It’s like getting a soul massage at a bargain price ;)

I didn’t know so much what to expect but was surprised about the nice atmosphere Lena and Vincent created: a playful space for deeper connection, laughter and relaxation. Really a nice new concept!

A really nice way to unwind, relax and reconnect with yourself and others right after work! Lena and Vincent guide you though a few body and meditation exercises, show you massage techniques to practice with a partner (you don't need to come with a partner) and in the free flow part you explore what your body needs at that moment. Big recommendation!
