The alignment workshop from Mary and Carol was amazing! <3 They gave really personal tips for adjustments which help me a lot now in my practice. Such an open atmosphere as well. Would recommend to everyone!

The workshop was really nice! The group size was just perfect, and the space had such a cozy, welcoming vibe.

I really loved going back to the basics. It’s so easy to rush through familiar poses without thinking, so taking the time to break them down was super eye-opening. It’s amazing how small tweaks—like adjusting your feet or arms—can make such a big difference in how a pose feels and how your body responds.

It was also really nice to touch on some yoga philosophy.
All in all, such a great workshop—I left feeling refreshed and inspired!

The alignment workshop with Mary and Carol was truly amazing, they deepened in yoga poses to teach us the alignment and tricks to improve based on our own unique bodies. Im applying everything that I learned in my daily practices and it is helping me a lot! I truly recommend this workshop for everyone!
