Movement is a bridge between body, mind, spirit, and everything in between.
Through workshops and events, I invite people to reconnect with their natural rhythm, using the body as a gateway to awareness, breath, functional movement, and playful discovery. Movement brings alertness to our inner dialogue about how we engage with life and brings to the surface the voice in the head. My practice highlights this voice and helps us to work with these challenges through coordination exercises and play. When we play, the outcome of achieving something slowly dissolves into curiosity and creativity. Learn to be human by learning how to move and connect!

I am creating a movement school in Maastricht! My company, Max Movement Academy, organizes barefoot walks, handstand trainings, soft acrobatics, and team-based movement games. My work blends physical and mental practices with curiosity, reflection, and inner development.
Besides movement, there is a beautiful community in development for true connection and exploration :)
