It was a lovely, relaxing, inspiring Saturday morning in the woods. Good to consciously enter spring. Looking forward to the summer session in the woods.

In stilte verbinden met jezelf, de natuur en elkaar. Nigel en Ervi vullen elkaar helemaal aan en nemen je vol respect en zachtheid mee in dit avontuur

Heerlijke ochtend op een prachtige plek in het bos: helemaal tot rust gekomen en weer helemaal opgeladen! Mervi & Nigel hebben er echt een belevenis voor alle zintuigen van gemaakt.

Back to nature.
This was a really great experience. Going into nature, being in the forrest, enjoying the trees and the plants, the birds and the moss, really taking in the beauty of mother earth.
We went for a walk to a beautiful spot in the forrest where we, guided by Nigel and Mervi, were invited for a moment of stillness, to feel into our bodies and to really connect to our surroundings.

Wat was het gisteren heerlijk om mee te mogen op jullie Forest Retreat. Bijzonder hoe Nigel je bewust maakt van de verschillende (zintuiglijke) manieren waarop je het bos kunt ervaren en hoe Mervi je uitnodigt om ook je lichaam hierin te betrekken. Heel leuk dat er ook een creatief aspect werd toegevoegd, en het uurtje solotijd in het bos bracht prachtige inzichten. De warme sfeer die jullie wisten te creëren, maakte dat het voelde alsof je met een groep vrienden op pad was. Bedankt voor deze fijne ervaring en de heerlijke soep & snacks. Ik voelde me helemaal gevuld en gevoed!
