As a playfulness coach, I believe play, pleasure and embodiment are the fastest way back to yourself; and to the relationships you actually want.
Most of us learned early that it wasn't safe to be fully ourselves. To show up loud, soft, playful, or real. So we adapted. Got good at performing. And called it a life.
My work starts where that pattern began; in the body.
I create events and programmes for people who are tired of living in their heads and ready to come home to themselves. That looks like a men's group where you stop overthinking and start actually showing up. A temple day where ritual and play crack something open. A retreat where your creativity stops being a secret.
My approach is both soft and deep. I'm not here to fix you or level you up. I'm here to help you feel safe enough to be genuinely, messily, freely human; and to discover that that is more than enough.
