Lekker Cuddles

This was a really unique event, unlike anything I've ever attended. It combined a lot of different aspects to create a very special energy that felt warm, energetic, and welcome. There were a lot of flavors to explore. You could really create your own experience that was suitable for you in a very safe container.

Laura has such an upbeat, chill vibe and I think that sets the tone for the entire event. The people who came were all really great and the different stations were clever as well. Looking forward to the next!

This was my second time at the cuddle workshop organized by Laura and again I had a lovely time. I got to practice with saying no in a safe space with safe, like minded people. One of the things I love about this workshop is that touch isn't required, and you can easily participate without touching anyone if you are not comfortable. From a safe place you can explore your own comfortzone a bit, without it being to much. In the end I felt more grounded and connected to myself and others I met. I can't wait for the next one!

I absolutely loved this workshop. It's so helpful to practice boundaries and connection in a safe way through exercises including various forms of platonic touch.

I had such a wonderfull time with a nice, warm and open group of people. Laura guided us through the afternoon with her warm, kind and enthusiastic energy. She created a safe space and kept checking if everyone was still comfortable. This event is about so much more then just cuddling and can be profound on many different levels. You learn more about setting bounderies and stating your desires through different excercises. By this you can work on changing certains patterns within yourself (saying no for example). And of course it's also a boost for your oxytocine levels and a great way to feel more connected to other people. Very healing! I'll definitely go again next time. Thankyou Laura!!

It exceeded all my expectations!
Laura is so warm, bright and professional. We had a workshop about consent, rejection, boundaries and appreciation of self and others, with a sweet cuddle time.
The group was very warm and open, I kept smiling the rest of the day and felt connected.

This was my third cuddle puddle with Lekker Cuddles. And they just keep getting better!

It was a wonderful and open group, making me feel immediately comfortable. And after the review of the consent rules, we did exercises in how to feel our own yes and no. And then practiced how to express those. It is always super freeing to have your no being strongly encouraged and recognized with appreciation. As the exercises came to a close, the group really had melted together.

After that, time really flew by so quickly. Too quickly even! So I'm really looking forward to the next one. Thanks Laura!
