For over 15 years he has been practicing Tai Chi and various forms of yoga.
He is a lover of medicine music and the healing power of the voice that originates deep within to bring healing, hosting mantra circles and jams.
Working with sacred plants and fungi to open is up to that what we have always been is another entrance he finds very helpful and has a particular beneficial relationship with microdosing, serving as a guide.
