Uzma runs her (holistic) therapy practice for many years now. Uzma is an experienced healer, The rite of the womb keeper, breath-therapist, holistic body trauma release & kundalini NRGY facilitator. Uzma has years of experience in hosting retreats and group sessions for All genders.

The Blue Lotus (Nymphaea caerulea), also known as the Egyptian lotus, was a very important flower in Egyptian mythology that has been used for thousands of years in traditional medicine and ceremonies in ancient Egypt.
In Egypt, lotus flowers represent rebirth in the afterlife. In India, the flower petals represent the elements of the earth.
Lotus plants grow in ponds in Asia anchored in the mud… rising to the top bringing forth beautiful white, pink, and blue flowers.
It was seen as a symbol of the sun and considered sacred and associated as mother of the Sun God Amun-Ra. The Egyptians believed that Blue Lotus had the power to open the mind and soul to higher states of consciousness.
Blue Lotus has the ability to create feelings of relaxation and euphoria. It can deepen your experience and inner journey because of the effects in opening the crown chakra en third eye chakra. In the session we will be drinking a regular mild dose tea. (At higher doses, the lotus is known for that mild hallucinations may occur. We will not be drinking it to this degree). Blue Lotus is also known for the ability to activate the kundalini, improve sleep, calm the nervous system and the positive effects on the libido.
Uzma will be facilitating the blue lotus tea or if you prefer also the option for the tincture drops on the tongue. Along with an extra option for the participants who are willing to receive The Egyptian Ankh healing. The Ankhs work as an energetic amplifier to open the chakra's and body energetic system. It guides the energy to flow freely.” This is a beautiful preparation before going into the kundalini session.
